>Today was a good day.
There was nothing inherintely special about what we necessarily did. Typical Monday Bounce House, but there was something special about the love I think we felt for each other this morning. Like the world somehow slowed down just a bit for us and we were able to more easily focus on the simple things and how lucky we are to have each other…and make the most of it.
I lost count on how many times Bean hugged McKenna and told her she loved her. I lost count on how many times I kissed and hugged both my girls today. I had extra patience with Kennedy’s toddler-isms and McKenna’s grumpies. I wish we had more days like this, but am thankful for this one and vow to try and recognize them more often.
Today was a good day.
>they are the best days! i on the other hand sliced Ryan's poor little thumb with a nail clipper…why i used it, i dont know….i usually bite them off! anyway, i'm glad at least you ladies had a good day!!
