>I always try to keep a list on my handy dandy iphone of all of the things that happen in our household I vow to never forget. What I should really do is copy and paste half of my facebook status’ in here…hey–that’s what I’ll do. Humph. I’m a genius.
In an attempt to keep the Bean in bed tonight, I promised her a quarter if she stayed there. Her reply: “I want a quarter, a dime and a nickle. Cash money mom.” Whaaaaaaat?!April 21, 2010She’s standing. My “baby” is standing. By herself. That is all.April 10, 2010Loves those moments when life slows down for a moment and you look at your children and realize they are simply the most beautiful thing you’ve ever laid eyes on….and that you made that (with a little help from the Mister of course).April 8, 2010As if I needed another reason to adore the Mister of our house, he brings home cupcakes in celebration of Bean’s 1,000th day alive.March 22, 2010Despite our best efforts, the solid food thing isn’t going as well as we’d hoped…(March 21, 2010)Love is when you have piping hot homemade pizza waiting downstairs and yet can’t pry yourself from the sleeping child in your arms…March 20, 2010Bob: 1; Dania: down and out. Whew! (March 16, 2010)Just worked up a sweat getting the girls out the door. What does that say about my time management skills?March 12, 2010Happy Friday all…I’m gonna get me some pizza and beer and relax with my favorites. (March 3, 2010)
That should get us caught up for now, right? Thank god for Facebook status’ when Mommy fails miserably at keeping up the blog.
Addition: I didn’t need to create a whole new post for this, but didn’t want to exclude it. John and Kennedy are quite proud of their blue eyes and often shun us brown eye’d Bagyis. Kennedy’s new thing whenever I look “sad” is…
“mommy, are you sad you don’t have blue eyes like daddy and me?”
And is always asking John to “cheers blue eyes!”. It’s like flashbacks to middle school for me in not being part of the popular crowd, but I’m nonetheless happy her and daddy have such a cute bond.
